Is there a call out charge?

We only charge a call out fee if the job is urgent, and requires someone to attend ASAP. We are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week and our call out charges are as follows:
Monday to Friday..................08:30 to 18:30..................... £45.00
Monday to Friday..................18:30 to 08:30..................... £55.00
Saturday & Sunday............. 00:01 to 00:00..................... £65:00
If you are within the congestion zone please add an additional charge to the call out charge.

Is there a charge for quoting for a job if someone had to come out and carry out a survey to determine a cause of a problem, or to right up a report on a problem?

Yes there is a charge it varies between £35.00 to £75.00, depending on the location, parking, congestion charges etc.
