This service will be ideal for you if you are a landlord and are stretched for time or you are overseas with a property in London. We aspire to provide you with peace of mind, by guaranteeing you a standard quarterly report, including pictures of your property etc. This service can be tailored to each landlord’s specific requirements.

With RPS managing the maintenance of your property(s) you are able to see your self how the property is being used by your tenants, which will allow you to protect your investments and assets.

Any hands on work would be authorized by yourselves before hand and our normal service applies to ensure you only pay for work that is needed, keeping costs to a minimum. We are able to liaise with your tenants to find a time that best suits them. In a case of emergency, your property will receive priority over other call outs, although we aim to be able to attend every customer as soon as possible.

Part property management provides a service to your property(s) only. We are not involved in the recruiting of tenants, credit checks or collecting rent.
